You are welcome to bring your own picnic and snacks to all Scenic Cinema events. Some venues have their own policy regarding alcohol so please check in advance. Food, snacks, soft drinks , coffees etc will be available at most events and we recommend bringing cash as not all vendors will take card payments.

No glass or BBQs are allowed on site.

In short, no. Your ticket on your phone/email is fine. However, if you want to print a ticket, that’s no problem. If you lose a ticket or can’t find it in your email, contact us for a new ticket.

No. All tickets must be purchased online in advance.

As per our weather policy, our events go ahead even when it rains. Screenings will only be postponed if a sever weather warning is issued.

Guests of any age can attend but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Children aged 3 and under can come in for free and do not need a ticket. The film certification always applies so please also make sure the film is suitable and of the correct certification. We reserve the rights to refuse entry to anyone under 16 who is unaccompanied or anyone who is under the certification age.

The time on your ticket is the MOVIE START TIME. We recommend you arrive 15-30 mins before this time.

For outdoor screenings: Unless you have purchased an upgraded ticket, you will need to bring your own blanket or camping chair to sit on. Our upgrade options will include an inflatable chair/deckchair or similar.

For indoor screenings: Seating is provided.

This depends on the venue. Please check in advance, and check public transport options. Please also note nearby car parks to the venue you are attending.

Tickets are non-refundable. You can view the Ts & Cs section of this site for more. Refunds will only be issued if a screening is cancelled outright. If a screening needs to be postponed to another date, you will not be entitled to a refund. If you cannot attend due to Covid or other illness, we are happy for you to give your ticket to someone else.
